Supplementary information
Perennial herbs. Vertillasters 6-flowered, forming loose terminal racemes of 8 -12 cm. Calyx 2-lipped; upper lip orbicular; lower lip 4-toothed with 2 interior teeth 2 times as long as lateral teeth; calyx to 11 mm when fruiting. Corolla 2-lipped; corolla tube tubular; upper lip reflexed, 3-lobed, middle lobe larger with emarginate apex; lower lip oblong; filaments 2 -4 cm exserted from corolla tube.
