Supplementary information

Native to tropical America, cultivated in Hong Kong. Spike rachis erect, denselly strigose-tomentose or hirtellous; corolla with sparse short glandular hair abaxially, villous inside the upper part of the tube and the throat. Stamens included, style exserted.
